Keep Idaho Wild is an online store. There is no shop to walk into and no counter to stand at. The designs are made here, the goods are printed to order by our production partner, and they ship straight to you. Email is how you reach us.

That address is read by a person, not a ticket queue. There is no contact form on this site and no phone line to call; one email address keeps a written record on both sides, which is what you want if something ever needs sorting out.
When to expect a reply
Email is read on business days and answered in the order it arrives. Most questions come back within a business day or two. Treat that as what to expect rather than a service guarantee: this is a person and an inbox, not a support desk running shifts. Anything that has to go through our print partner (a misprint, a package that never turned up, a production hold) can take longer, because we are waiting on an answer too. When that happens we will tell you where things stand rather than go quiet.
If several business days pass with nothing back, send it again. Spam filters eat mail in both directions, and a second message is never a bother.
What to include
- Your order number, if the message is about an order.
- The product, color and size you ordered, or the ones you are deciding between.
- For anything that arrived damaged or misprinted: a clear photo of the item, plus a photo of the shipping label if the box itself was damaged. Those photos are what our print partner needs to approve a replacement, so sending them up front saves a round trip.
Questions that already have full answers
Two subjects come up more than any others, and both have their own page:
- Shipping: production and delivery windows, rates, where we ship, tracking, and what happens when an address is wrong.
- Returns: what gets replaced or refunded, what cannot be returned and why, and how to report a problem.
If you are choosing between sizes, start with the size guide. Still unsure after that, email before you order rather than after. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged for a different size.
